The findings revealed that VR accelerates the upskilling process, even in times of shrinking training budgets and limited in-person options.

Discovering the Value of VR: Five Key Insights
  1. Accelerated Learning: VR courses enable employees to be trained up to four times faster than traditional methods, maximizing the 1% of the workweek typically allocated to training.

  2. Enhanced Confidence: VR learners exhibit up to 275% more confidence in applying what they have learned, surpassing both classroom and e-learning counterparts.

  3. Emotional Connection: Learners in VR feel 3.75 times more emotionally connected to the content, leading to profound experiences and heightened awareness, particularly in diversity and inclusion training.

  4. Improved Focus: In a world filled with distractions, VR learners are up to four times more focused than e-learning peers, ensuring a more immersive and impactful learning experience.

  5. Cost-Effective Scaling: While VR initially requires a higher investment, our study found that, at scale, VR training can be more cost-effective than traditional classroom or e-learning methods, providing substantial returns in employee time and cost savings.
