The following terms and conditions, together with any documents or additional terms, conditions or policies referred to herein or available by hyperlink, including the Terms of Sale [safetymetaworld.com/terms-of-sale], and Privacy Policy [safetymetaworld.com/terms-of-use] (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to your use of the website, and all its subdomains as well as mobile applications, owned, operated or maintained by 1402513 BC INC.(doing business as “SAFETY META WORLD” “we”, “us”) and any content, functionality, and services available on or through such websites (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept and abide by these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.
Any new content, functionality or services which are added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms without notice at any time. SAFETY META WORLD is an online world that seeks to inspire an inclusive , interactive, fun learning environment that is shared worldwide. The concept of developing an avatar who becomes more knowledgeable and experienced through training, skills and interactive conversations gained over time is designed to encourage learners to grow and ultimately emulate these positive learning outcomes of their journey in the real world. The learning product’s design allows Students to learn and train in a first person, 3D environment where required dangerous environments are simulated, and required tasks are gamified.
